Veteran Support
Giving back has always been at the heart of who I am. From my own journey, serving in the RAF, leading in the corporate world, and building my own business, I know the power of community, support, and purpose.
Through One Feather, I’m committed to paying that forward. At least 10% of my time is dedicated to volunteering, whether it’s mentoring veterans, supporting industry networks, or guiding individuals and organisations to grow and thrive.
Because true success isn’t just about what we achieve for ourselves, it’s about the positive impact we leave behind.
Veterans Transition Success: A One Feather Initiative
Support through transition to civilian life:
Leaving the military can be a major life change, and it can be difficult for some veterans to adjust to civilian life.
Coaching and mentoring can provide guidance and support during this transition, helping to ease the stress and uncertainty that can come with it.
One Feather supports Veterans during their transitional period.
Veterans Advisory Board
Louisa Clarke - Member of the Veterans Advisory Board (VAB). The VAB was established to bring independent advice to the Office Of Veterans Affairs.
The board challenges and provides insight to the Government to help deliver the strategy for our Veterans and its commitment to make the UK the best country in the world to be a veteran.

Together, we create a space for sharing stories, building confidence, and showcasing the incredible value veterans bring to our industry.

Winner International Gold CSR Award

One Feather Coaching & Consultancy, based in the UK, has won a Gold CSR Excellence Award in the international campaign to find the best CSR projects from companies, councils and communities around the world, for the project “Veterans in FM.”
Selected from more than 500 nominations in the International CSR Excellence Awards for 2025, I was presented with the trophy and certificate at a warm and enjoyable presentation ceremony at St Paul’s Cathedral, London, on June 30th, 2025.
Regarding the efforts, the judges commented:
