Louisa Clarke's career is anything but conventional.

After a decade serving in the Royal Air Force, she transitioned into Facilities Management, progressing to Managing Director of a prominent FM provider, where she was responsible for growing a portfolio from £1m to £100m before becoming an entrepreneur.

A professional coach, multi-award-winning leader and co-founder of The Human-Centric Workplace, Louisa is also the co-author of The Human-Centric Leader. She specialises in supporting leaders and organisations to align people and performance, so both can thrive, not compete.
