My own leadership journey began long before One Feather Coaching existed. I started my career in the Royal Air Force as a young woman, learning very quickly what resilience and courage look like when the stakes are high. Those formative years shaped everything about how I support people today.

When I moved into the corporate world, I spent years climbing the ladder just like you. I navigated the complexities of government and commercial sectors, eventually leading large-scale operations and growing a portfolio to over £100 million as a Managing Director. On paper, it was the definition of success. But in reality, it taught me something much deeper.

I realised that true leadership isn’t defined by your title or your authority. It is defined by connection, trust, and the courage to choose growth.

I founded One Feather Coaching to be the support system I wish I’d had. My mission is simple: to help every leader understand their strengths, values, and direction so they can thrive.

Today, I bring nearly three decades of that lived experience—along with professional executive and leadership coaching expertise—to help leaders like you. I am here to help you pause, find your clarity, and build a plan that feels authentic to you.
