Build chemistry and rapport, discuss the
coaching aims (what it is/what’s it’s not)
and agree the coaching contract.
E - Explore Values and Personality
Personality, value types and strengths these are useful for recognising how we lead, influence, communicate, collaborate, negotiate business, and manage stress.
A - Assess Goals
To explore both short and long-term goals. The goals should be SMART, identify a specific outcome or event that will take place.
T- Today's State
Create awareness of the current reality, situation, what is really happening.
H- Hone the Options
Identify and assess the options, evaluate and look at alternative perspectives.
E- Encourage and Empower
Develop action plans for success and build motivation
R- Review
Reviews, revisions, evaluations. Sustaining long term success for the future self.
